Our on site sales offices are manned by motivated sales representatives with extensive experience in selling developed lots to the public. SPM has sold developed residential lots worth in excess of $30 million over the last few years. In addition to selling developed lots SPM is also able to assist developers with the sale of partially completed and ongoing projects where required.
