Warren
has excellent skills in the identification and purchase
of significant sites suitable for development into master
planned communities. He has been responsible for the valuation
and purchase negotiation for broadacres across Australia
and in New Zealand with a completed value of over AUS$1
Billion.
He has considerable experience in writing prospectus documents
and managing due diligence reviews for public capital
raisings. He has personally prepared feasibility cashflows
for over 20 start up companies involved in land development
activities.
He has been involved in all stages of rezoning and development
applications for residential and industrial subdivisions,
including many with contentious environmental issues such
as Burns Beach, a 1200 lot beachside development north
of Perth and Greenvale Rise, an 800 lot estate within
the catchment of one of Melbourne’s most significant
water reservoirs.
He negotiated a contract to purchase a 200 unit warehouse
conversion in Fremantle, WA and conducted due diligence
thereto.
Warren is an accomplished valuer used to complex environmental
and planning issues. He has a very good understanding
of civil engineering concepts that relate to land development
sites. He has a good understanding of compensation procedures
and precedents.
Warren is an expert project manager and real estate marketer.
He has managed developments that have won UDIA and Waters
and Rivers Commission environmental awards. Some managed
projects required public environmental reviews, complex
servicing negotiations and innovative environmental solutions.
Warren has skills in all facets of marketing of land development
projects, including initial research, launch marketing,
brand building and selling of completed lots.
Anthony Mylonas
has in excess of 15 Years practical experience in the
Commercial Property Industry covering Management, Sales,
Leasing, Valuation and Consultancy. He holds a Bachelor
of Commerce degree majoring in Property from Curtin University
and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Previously Anthony has worked with several major Real
Estate Firms including NSC Corporate, Richard Ellis and
Raine & Horne International.
In his capacity as Property Consultant with the above
companies Anthony was responsible for the successful closure
of a variety of complex transactions on behalf of Corporate
Clients including: • Telstra Corporation Ltd
• National Australia Bank • Westpac Banking
Corporation • Water Corporation •
Commonwealth Bank
Victor has
over 15 years of town planning experience. Victor has
considerable Knowledge and practical experience in statutory
and strategic planning processes. He has worked on a daily
basis with Town Planning Schemes, Metropolitan Region
Schemes and has knowledge of the Town Planning and Development
Act. Victor’s experience at BSD ranged in all aspects
of planning matters from statutory, strategy to urban
design studies. He was involved on the preparation of
Structure Plans, Scheme Amendments, Development and Subdivision
Applications, Town centre Studies, Town Planning Appeals,
Rural Strategies and Town Planning Scheme reviews. At
the City of Cockburn and the Town of Victoria Park, he
has been involved more on the Statutory Planning process
and has a result he has considerable experience in all
matters relating to Statutory Planning.
Victor is a councellor with the Urban Development Institute
of Australia (U.D.I.A) and chairman of the UDIA planning
committee.
Angelo has
over 16 years of valuation and property experience.
During this time Angelo has worked within the Valuation
Department at Bankwest, Hooker Corporate and the Department
of Land Information Valuation Services.
Angelo valuation experience ranges from residential valuations
including single and multi residential properties, large
englobo land holdings and large subdivisions to commercial/industrial
valuations and valuations for compensation and resumption
purposes. Angelo has specialised in the valuation of properties
within the Perth CBD and valuation and consultancy advice
to most Government Departments including Landcorp, Department
of Planning and Infrastructure, the Health Department,
the East Perth Redevelopment Authority (acquisitions and
disposals within the East Perth Redevelopment Area), the
Main Roads Department (acquisitions for the Northbridge
Tunnel Project and the disposal of the redeveloped tunnel
land) and the Education Department (acquisitions and disposals
of metropolitan school sites).
Angelo also has extensive experience in feasibility analysis
for
residential development. Angelo is currently project managing
several residential subdivisions.
Peter has
over 15 years of valuation and property experience.
During this time Peter has worked primarily within private
industry ranging from small boutique valuation/consultancy
firms to Perth City based full service real estate agencies
together with a period within the WA Government Department
of Land Information Valuation Services.
Peter has a full range of valuation experience ranging
from residential valuations including single and multi
residential properties, large englobo land holdings and
large subdivisions to commercial/industrial valuations
and valuations for compensation and resumption purposes.
From 2004 – 2007 Peter was the senior commercial
valuer and specialized in englobo residential land valuations.
This also involved in providing valuation advice to developers
for projects such as the proposed Perry Lakes stadium
development and Churchlands Green (Edith Cowan University
site). Over the course of his property career Peter has
also provided valuations/land pricing for the St Andrews
Estate in Dianella on behalf of Landcorp and within Subiaco
for the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority.
Peter has a strong financial feasibility background having
worked extensively with Discounted Cash Flow programs.
In his present role Peter is project managing subdivision
developments in Bullsbrook, Beeliar and Secret Harbour
where a potential 200 lots will be developed in the short
term.
Matthew has
been involved in project development, management and sales
for most of his career and has extensive experience in
selling large land estates with various developers. He
is currently the sales manager for the Aubin Gardens Estate
and has consistently achieved better than average sales
targets in this estate.
Mathew has a thorough knowledge of the appropriate sales
and marketing process necessary to ensure strong sales
and satisfied buyers within the estates he sells.
Positive buyer feedback indicates that Mathew is well
liked by potential buyers for his professional approach
to sales which has resulted in a steady volume of repeat
business for Mathew.
Marco has
over 8 years experience in property, with an extensive
focus on the development of large scale master-planned
communities.
During this time, he has been exposed to various facets
of the industry, working with Australia’s largest
residential land syndicator, Peet Limited, for nearly
4 years; creating new business development opportunities
for Macquarie Bank’s wholly owned subsidiary, Urban
Pacific Limited; and undertaking a brief stint with the
Victorian State Government’s land development arm,
VicUrban, in heading their new business division.
Marco has excellent skills in being able successfully
source a range of new business opportunities and has proven
such successes in securing substantial master-planned
community opportunities in metropolitan Melbourne, and
coastal and regional areas of Victoria, but also in managing
the delivery of some of the projects from inception to
completion.
For SPM Project Marketing, Marco successfully negotiated
and secured the 307 lot residential land estate in the
south-eastern growth area of Pakenham in 2007. He is a
local Melburnian and is continuing to use his substantial
knowledge of the local market and his extensive array
of networks to source and secure new business opportunities
in Victoria.
Robert has
been involved in the Real estate industry since 1998,
achieving top selling and top listing status on several

He has worked with Davies First National for 9 years prior
to joining SPM and has strong experience in the sale of
both established real estate and residential land estates.
During this time Robert was responsible for the sale of
some 400 lots within the Anstey Park Estate in Secret
Harbour.
Robert is a local resident born and raised in the Fremantle
area and is now settled with his own family in Beeliar.
Before starting Real Estate Robert worked for 10 years
running his own business and has used the knowledge and
experience from then to help achieve success in everything
he does.
